Some weeks ago Gerrit Meier (@meistermeier) and me decided to submit to the Call For Papers of Java Forum Nord.
Last week our talk was accepted by the program committee. We will be speaking about the new MVC 1.0 (JSR 371) in Java EE 8. I am very proud of this because it's a very interesting and in my opinion missing part of Java EE and in addition to that this will be the first conference I am a speaker at. It's a great feeling being part of that 21 great talks and speakers and I am also really looking forward to give a joint talk with Gerrit.
For those who have never heard of that conference before, Java Forum Nord is a new one day conference organized by the German Java User Groups of Hamburg, Bremen, Göttingen, Hanover, Kassel, Ostfalen (regions of Wolfsburg and Brunswick) and the German Sun User Group. The location is Hotel Plaza Hanover next to the train station.
If you still are not convinced of that conference, here is the ultimate argument: the keynote speaker of this conference will be Adam Bien (@AdamBien).
